Minaris Advanced Therapies Order System Access. By accessing or using Minaris Advanced Therapies’s Order System (MATOS), you represent and warrant that you have your company’s or institution’s authority to (i) use MATOS and (ii) provide the information you enter into MATOS.

License. Minaris Advanced Therapies grants to you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use MATOS for the purpose of initiating and managing testing service requests. Minaris Advanced Therapies may terminate this license at any time at its sole discretion. Except as expressly provided herein, you are not granted any other right or license for use of MATOS.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (1) USE OF MATOS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, (2) THE SITE AND ITS USE BY YOU IS PROVIDED BY MINARIS ADVANCED THERAPIES “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND (3) MINARIS ADVANCED THERAPIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF MATOS, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
